Located on a panoramic position, upon the green hills of Umbria, only 5 Kilometres far from the historical centre-town of Perugia, the B&B " the Terraces " is the ideal point of departure in order to visit the main centers: Assisi, Lago Trasimeno, Gubbio, Todi, Orvieto. How to reach it with the car:
Coming from Rome and Cesena: Take the freeway (superstrada) E 45, exit at Pontefelcino direction Perugia-Ponte Rio. After reaching Ponte Rio, turn there to go to S.Marino and 3 km later you will be at the destination.
Coming from A1, direction Florence: Take the exit Valdichiana, follow the freeway signalized for Perugia. Before reaching Perugia, take the exit Perugia-S.Faustino, following the direction Stazione FF.SS. and from there continue to S.Marco and then to S.Marino.
